| Just about a year ago, I had a very disappointing experience with an album company I have been using for quite some time. I was on the lookout for a new company that met my high standards of quality and customer service. While flipping through an issue of Professional Photographer magazine, I noticed a brief comment about a company I had never heard of: ExclusiveAlbums. After the very frustrating experience I had just been through, I decided to give them a call before sending in an order for a sample album. From my first conversation with Exclusive Albums, through receiving my sample albums and subsequent client albums, my expectations have been exceeded! Quality is superb, the printing spot on, the packaging and presentation is the best in the industry, and the customer service is great! I cannot recall ever getting a hand written note and a follow up call making sure everything met my satisfaction. More important, my clients have been blown away, and that’s what matters most to me.
