| I recently switched to Exclusive Albums for all of my wedding album design, printing and binding. I had been using three different album manufacturers and then one of my photographer friends told me about Exclusive Albums.It has been a magnificent experience! All I have to do is place the order on their website, FTP them the photo files and a few weeks later my clients are calling me, raving about the album they just received.The box that the albums arrive in alone is worth it - it just takes the albums to the next level. And there are so many choices for the album covers, leathers, sizes and pages.
My last order included two clone 5×5 albums and they also came in the black, sturdy, elegant box. Most importantly, the customer service at Exclusive Albums is A+.Bottom line is that this company makes my life and business a whole lot easier with their services and products. | Just about a year ago, I had a very disappointing experience with an album company I have been using for quite some time. I was on the lookout for a new company that met my high standards of quality and customer service. While flipping through an issue of Professional Photographer magazine, I noticed a brief comment about a company I had never heard of: ExclusiveAlbums. After the very frustrating experience I had just been through, I decided to give them a call before sending in an order for a sample album. From my first conversation with Exclusive Albums, through receiving my sample albums and subsequent client albums, my expectations have been exceeded! Quality is superb, the printing spot on, the packaging and presentation is the best in the industry, and the customer service is great! I cannot recall ever getting a hand written note and a follow up call making sure everything met my satisfaction. More important, my clients have been blown away, and that’s what matters most to me. Over the years, I’ve worked with various album companies. Each with their own quirks and issues. After researching some professional wedding forums, I came across a posting about Exclusive Albums. One of the posters mentioned their high quality album boxes.This caught my attention immediately. In my experience most of the album companies today provide a card board style box. In my opinion, this hardly emits a feeling of quality. Then I found out the albums are wrapped in velvet with a silk bow. This intrigued me further. |
